[Remote] Full Stack Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BJAK is a leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia, expanding into financial applications. They are seeking full stack engineers to develop their AI Neobank app, focusing on building features across the entire product spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship full product features across frontend, backend, APIs and databases
- Create customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, FX, support automation, KYC and risk
- Turn ambiguous product problems into working systems with clean UX and reliable backend logic
- Work closely with product, design, mobile, backend and AI engineers to launch fast and improve after release
- Build internal tools and automation that reduce manual work and help teams operate at scale
- Own your work beyond release: monitor, debug, learn and improve
Skills
- Strong full stack engineering experience with real shipped products
- Comfortable across frontend, backend, APIs, databases and production debugging
- Good frontend execution using React, Next.js, Vue or similar modern stack
- Good backend fundamentals around APIs, data models, authentication, integrations and reliability
- Strong product sense and ability to simplify messy workflows
- Able to work fast with ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end
- Strong English communication is required
