[Remote] Full Stack Engineer

They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to design and develop enterprise healthcare applications, focusing on backend services and large-scale data processing for critical health insurance operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise healthcare applications supporting payer operations
- Build backend services using Java and Spring technologies
- Develop and maintain Spring Batch jobs supporting large-scale healthcare data processing
- Design and optimize applications utilizing Oracle Database
- Develop REST APIs supporting claims, eligibility, enrollment, provider, and member services
- Integrate enterprise applications with internal healthcare platforms and external vendors
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, product owners, and healthcare SMEs to deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, architecture discussions, and code reviews
- Ensure solutions meet healthcare security, compliance, scalability, and performance standards
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years supporting Healthcare Payer, Managed Care, or Health Insurance organizations
- Strong experience with: Java
- Strong experience with: Spring Batch
- Strong experience with: Oracle Database
- Strong experience with: REST APIs
- Strong experience with: Git
- Strong experience with: CI/CD
- Experience designing scalable enterprise applications
- Strong understanding of healthcare business processes
- Agile development experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
