[Remote] Full Stack Engineer | AI-First Platform
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. YPO is a global leadership community of chief executives connecting more than 35,000 members across 142 countries through peer learning, shared experiences, and trusted relationships. The Full Stack Engineer will build and own end-to-end features across YPO’s AI-first platform, including React experiences, GraphQL and backend services, AI-powered intelligence, data systems, and cloud infrastructure. The role involves taking features from concept through production, monitoring performance, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver secure and operationally sound solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the full feature lifecycle architecture, implementation, code review, QA, deployment, and post-launch monitoring
- Build responsive React/TypeScript frontends integrated with Optimizely; design Apollo GraphQL schemas and resolvers served through Apigee; build modular Node.js/NestJS backend services using Redis for caching and Kafka for event-driven workflows
- Design and query PostgreSQL schemas (TypeORM/Prisma); collaborate on Snowflake pipelines and dbt models feeding the Leadership Intelligence layer
- Integrate OpenAI and Google Gemini APIs for AI-powered discovery, recommendations, and matching; work with Neo4j graph data for relationship-driven insights
- Use AI-assisted development workflows (pair programming, code generation, test scaffolding) to increase velocity without compromising quality; handle AI feature failures, timeouts, and token costs with a production mindset
- Partner with product, design, the Lead Security Engineer, and DevOps to ensure features are secure, well-architected, and operationally sound from the start
