[Remote] Full Stack Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brooksource is an IT and engineering services provider supporting organizations through staffing and technology workforce solutions. The Full Stack Engineer will design, develop, and enhance scalable .NET and React applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support digital transformation, application modernization, automation, and cloud- and AI-assisted initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core)
- Build responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React and modern JavaScript / TypeScript
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including application modernization and process automation
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Collaborate with UX, QA, DevOps, and other developers throughout the SDLC
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards
- Support application deployments and post-release issue resolution
Skills
- • 3–4 years of professional software development experience
- • Strong experience with C#, .NET / ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API development
- • Hands-on experience building applications with React
- • Proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- • Experience working with relational databases (SQL Server or similar)
- • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
- • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
- • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- • Experience with microservices or distributed systems
- • Familiarity with state management libraries (Redux, Context API)
- • Exposure to security best practices and performance optimization
- • Prior experience supporting enterprise or public-sector applications
- • Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as ASUS AI technologies and Microsoft Copilot
