[Remote] Full-Stack Platform Engineer (CauzzyAI)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CauzzyAI (SuiteApp) helps finance and operations leaders analyze NetSuite data, automate complex workflows, and act with confidence. The Full-Stack Platform Engineer will build and maintain NetSuite integrations, Python backend services, web applications, and cloud infrastructure while owning features through testing, documentation, and production release. The role also contributes to LLM-powered product features and critically evaluates AI-generated code.
Responsibilities
- Inside NetSuite: SuiteScript, scheduled and Map/Reduce jobs, SuiteQL, RESTlets, secure data movement, and safe SuiteApp releases
- Backend platform: Python services powering AI agents, integrations, scheduled jobs, and strict tenant isolation
- Web application: Interfaces for configuring agents, asking questions, and reviewing AI-recommended actions before anything is written back
- Data and cloud: SQL schema design, query performance, containerized Azure services, infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and secrets management
- End-to-end ownership: Turn a customer problem into a spec, tested code, useful documentation, and a reliable production release
- You’ll write clear specs, review generated code critically, know when to start over, and ship only what you’re proud to own
- You’ll also help build LLM-powered product features, including tools, prompts, context management, and evaluations
Skills
- 4+ years building and shipping production software, including releases, incidents, and customer impact
- 2+ years of hands-on NetSuite development with SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteQL/saved searches, RESTlets, scheduled and Map/Reduce scripts, and SuiteCloud CLI/SDF
- Strength in at least two of Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and SQL, with comfort working in the third
- Strong SQL fundamentals: joins, window functions, indexing, and query-plan analysis
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, containers, CI/CD, and secrets management. Azure is ideal; AWS or GCP translates well
- A habit of testing, documenting, communicating clearly, and driving your own work on a small team
- MUST HAVE NETSUITE EXPERIENCE
- React/Next.js; production Python and async patterns; LLM agents, tool calling, retrieval, or evaluation; finance/accounting fluency; OAuth integrations; managed SuiteApp releases; or multi-tenant SaaS security
