[Remote] Full-Stack Software Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PeopleEQ’s client is a profitable construction finance platform that helps lenders and institutional asset managers track project progress, automate work verification, and speed up payments. The Full-Stack Software Engineer will be a hands-on individual contributor responsible for building and shipping platform features, maintaining alignment with mobile applications, managing the application lifecycle, and improving code quality.

Responsibilities

• Scope and build features alongside the team
• Develop new functionality and maintain feature alignment with the mobile apps
• Manage the end-to-end app lifecycle, including testing, release management, and monitoring
• Write clean, maintainable code and help keep our codebase healthy as we grow

Skills

• Strong React experience
• Solid backend engineering background in a typed or modern language such as TypeScript, Go, or Python
• A track record of shipping and maintaining production application code
• Strong initiative, comfort with ambiguity, and openness to feedback
• Experience or interest in serving a diverse user base
