[Remote] Full Stack Software Engineer (React + Node.js + AWS)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GlobalPoint is recruiting a Full Stack Software Engineer for College Board to support modern, user-facing applications. The role focuses on developing and maintaining React, Node.js, and AWS applications, designing scalable backend services and REST APIs, modernizing legacy systems, and supporting automation and deployment in a remote Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain full stack applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS
- Design and build scalable backend services and REST APIs
- Develop modern frontend user interfaces
- Participate in application modernization initiatives
- Create technical designs, unit tests, and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment
- Support automation, testing frameworks, and deployment processes
Skills
- Strong React.js development experience
- Strong TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6) skills
- Solid Node.js backend development experience
- Experience with AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and SNS/SQS
- Experience building REST APIs and microservices
- Experience deploying applications to AWS
- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and automation
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Automated testing (API and E2E)
- AWS CDK or CloudFormation
- Event-driven architecture
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
