[Remote] FX Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mission Staffing is seeking an FX Operations Analyst for a global hedge fund's investment operations team. The role supports the post-trade lifecycle for foreign exchange products, including reconciliations, trade processing, settlement, lifecycle monitoring, and resolution of operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash, position, and trade reconciliations across a broad range of FX products
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, trade exceptions, and operational discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support the capture, validation, and processing of FX trades, ensuring accurate booking and settlement
- Monitor the full trade lifecycle, including expiries, settlements, rollovers, resets, cash flows, and other lifecycle events
- Work closely with Trading, Technology, Operations, Treasury, and counterparties to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless trade processing
- Maintain trade records, account data, and reference data to support accurate operational reporting
Skills
- 3+ years of investment management, fund operations, or FX operations experience within a hedge fund environment
- Experience supporting FX Spot, FX Forwards, Non-Deliverable Forwards (NDFs), FX Swaps, and/or Exotic Options
- Strong understanding of the FX trade lifecycle, including trade capture, settlement, reconciliations, and lifecycle event processing
- Experience with Advent Geneva, or similar investment management and trade processing platform
