[Remote] GCP Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GAC Solutions is seeking a GCP Program Manager to lead complex cloud transformation and adoption initiatives. The role oversees program governance, delivery planning, financial tracking, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and executive reporting across multiple workstreams and global delivery teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex GCP transformation, migration, modernization, and AI/cloud adoption programs
- Manage program governance, delivery planning, RAID management, financial tracking, and executive reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders
- Drive stakeholder engagement across, customer, and partner organizations
- Ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and achievement of business outcomes
- Maintain PMO hygiene, project plans, dashboards, and program documentation
- Support executive steering committees and program reviews
Skills
- 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience
- 5+ years managing Cloud Transformation or GCP programs
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Platform (GCP) services and cloud migration methodologies
- Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and global delivery teams
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or similar PM tools
