[Remote] Gen AI Python Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Compunnel Inc. is seeking a Gen AI Python Engineer to lead the design and development of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, developing AI applications, and ensuring compliance with AI standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design development and deployment of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions and applications
- Develop AIpowered applications using Azure OpenAI Azure AI Foundry Copilot Studio and related AI services
- Build and optimize RAG Retrieval Augmented Generation solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
- Design and implement AI agents and multiagent workflows using LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel or AutoGen
- Collaborate with architects product owners and business stakeholders to deliver AIdriven business outcomes
- Develop scalable APIs microservices and backend integrations for GenAI applications
- Lead prompt engineering model tuning and evaluation activities to improve AI response quality and accuracy
- Implement LLMOps practices including model monitoring observability performance tuning and governance
- Ensure adherence to Responsible AI security compliance and data privacy standards
- Mentor and guide developers on AI development best practices coding standards and solution design
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize AI workloads for performance and cost efficiency
- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365 ServiceNow Salesforce and SAP
- Stay current with advancements in LLMs Agentic AI multimodal AI and emerging AI frameworks
- Contribute to technical proposal development PoCs innovation initiatives and architecture reviews
