[Remote] Growth Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dueflow is a UVA-founded fintech startup that modernizes dues collection and financial management for member-run organizations. The Growth Associate will help expand Dueflow on college campuses by identifying prospective student organizations, conducting outreach, explaining the product, running demos, creating user-generated content, and refining growth strategies.

Responsibilities

• Identify student organizations that collect dues or manage shared finances (fraternities, sororities, club sports, societies, etc.)
• Reach out through your personal network, campus connections, and introductions
• Introduce organizations to Dueflow and explain the value proposition
• Schedule or run short demos using guidance and materials we provide
• Continuously refine your outreach approach based on feedback and results
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Growth Programs, Strategy Intern, and Growth Associate Team

Skills

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate college or university in the United States; open to all undergraduates (class of 2029, 2028, 2027 preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively share ideas and convey Dueflow's value proposition
• Interest in campus marketing and outreach, with the ability to devise and execute campus-specific promotional strategies
• Proven skills in networking and building valuable relationships with students and stakeholders
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online engagement strategies — LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok preferred
• Intermediate G-Suite (Google Sheets, Slides, Docs)
• 0-1 year of experience or aptitude in sales to articulate value propositions and convert leads into committed users (not necessary but preferred)
