Remote Growth Marketer & Funnel Builder — Real Estate Lead Generation Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $1,650 - $2,200 per month, paid bi-weekly or monthly via Wise, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are a fast-growing residential real estate business seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Growth Marketer & Funnel Builder to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to generate qualified buyer and seller leads and convert them through effective marketing funnels, automation, and follow-up systems. This is a hands-on position that combines marketing strategy, technical execution, paid advertising, automation, and creative production. You will be responsible for managing the analytical side of our marketing efforts—including Meta and Google Ads, lead pipelines, and conversion tracking—as well as creative execution, including property videos, social media content, and marketing copy.

Key Responsibilities

Real Estate Lead Generation & Funnels Build, launch, and optimize landing pages, lead capture forms, and conversion funnels. Create and manage automated email and SMS lead-nurturing sequences within GoHighLevel (GHL). Monitor funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve lead conversion rates. Develop and maintain systems that ensure leads are properly captured, organized, and followed up with. Paid Advertising Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook\/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. Develop local and geographic targeting strategies to generate qualified home buyer and seller leads. Monitor campaign performance, budgets, cost per lead, and conversion rates. Continuously test and optimize ad creative, audiences, landing pages, and messaging. Graphic & Video Content Create professional real estate marketing materials using Canva, including: Property flyers Just Listed and Just Sold graphics Social media posts Paid advertising creatives Edit short-form property videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms. Add captions, transitions, text overlays, music, and calls to action to improve engagement and conversions. CRM & Database Management Maintain and organize contacts, tags, pipelines, and workflows within GoHighLevel. Ensure leads are correctly categorized and moved through the appropriate sales pipeline. Monitor automated workflows and troubleshoot issues when leads are not receiving the expected follow-up. Maintain accurate and organized CRM data to ensure no lead falls through the cracks. Requirements & Qualifications GoHighLevel Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel. Ability to build and troubleshoot workflows, triggers, forms, pipelines, automations, and lead-nurturing campaigns. Understanding of CRM-based lead management and automated follow-up systems. Paid Advertising Minimum 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads. Demonstrated ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns based on performance. Experience with local\/geographic targeting is highly preferred. Experience with real estate advertising and housing-related campaigns is a strong advantage. Creative Skills Proficiency with Canva. Experience with short-form video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms. Ability to create visually appealing marketing content designed to generate engagement and leads. Communication & Technical Requirements Advanced or fluent written and spoken English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing tasks simultaneously. Reliable high-speed internet connection. Backup power and\/or internet connection. Computer capable of handling video editing and other marketing software. Applications without examples of relevant work may not be considered.
