[Remote] Healthcare Recruiter, Post Acute Care

This role focuses on sales-oriented recruiting, where the recruiter will engage with healthcare professionals, build relationships, and place them into contract and per diem opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and connect with healthcare professionals through phone calls, referrals, job boards, social media, and other lead sources
- Execute daily outbound call blocks and recruiting activities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals
- Conduct virtual interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Build relationships and guide candidates through the recruiting process
- Present job opportunities and create customized compensation packages
- Submit qualified clinicians to client opportunities
- Partner with Account Managers to proactively recruit for current and future client needs
- Maintain detailed and accurate records within CRM and recruiting systems
- Follow structured performance metrics, activity expectations, and recruiting KPIs
