Remote | Human Data Manager

We are sharing a full-time opportunity for an experienced Human Data Manager with strong expertise in project management, data operations, quality analysis, workflow optimisation, and human-data systems to support advanced AI training and operational initiatives. The role focuses on building reliable data workflows, improving operational performance, analysing datasets, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating cross-functional execution. No prior experience in AI is required.

Key Responsibilities

Data Operations & Workflow Management Design and manage workflows for data annotation, collection, processing, review, and analysis Maintain consistency across high-volume human-data operations Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and operational risks Improve workflow scalability, reliability, and handoffs across project stages Support human-in-the-loop processes used in AI training and evaluation Project Management & Performance Coordinate projects across operational and analytical workstreams Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, blockers, and execution risks Establish and monitor KPIs across quality, throughput, efficiency, and workflow performance Translate operational metrics into actionable recommendations Maintain visibility and accountability across distributed teams Data Analysis & Quality Analyse datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Investigate recurring quality issues and recommend corrective actions Develop clear analytical summaries and reporting frameworks Measure the impact of workflow and process improvements Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with technical, operational, analytical, and business teams Align data workflows with broader project objectives Communicate findings, priorities, and issues clearly Maintain process documentation and structured operational records Contribute proactively to problem solving and continuous improvement Ideal Profile Demonstrated experience in data analysis, annotation, workflow optimisation, or related operational work Strong project-management and operational judgement Familiarity with data operations and process improvement Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ownership Comfortable working in a fast-paced, distributed environment Engineering or technical background with an operational focus is advantageous Experience with human-data projects is beneficial Familiarity with Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, or comparable tools is valuable Experience in data management, AI/ML, or process optimisation is beneficial No prior AI-training experience is required Engagement Details Full-time engagement Fully remote Compensation: $40–$60/hour Work will involve project management, data operations, human-data workflows, quality analysis, KPI monitoring, reporting, and process optimisation Hiring is being conducted across multiple regions Responsibilities are consistent across regions, while employment terms may vary due to coverage, compliance, and time-zone requirements Project scope, workflows, data requirements, and operational priorities may evolve based on business needs Work must be completed without using confidential, proprietary, restricted, personally identifiable, or otherwise protected information belonging to any employer, client, data provider, research organisation, or other third party About the Platform This opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC.
