You will play a crucial role in onboarding new clients and ensuring they have a seamless transition to our services.In this remote position, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, customize our solutions to fit their requirements, and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption.In this fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with diverse teams to identify opportunities for improvement and help enhance our implementation processes.Your expertise and communication skills will be key to building strong relationships with clients and aiding them in achieving their goals.Requirements2years of experience in a client-facing implementation or project management roleStrong understanding of healthcare systems or solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyProficient in using project management tools and softwareProblem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfactionExperience in training and onboarding clients is a plus.
