[Remote] Implementation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zycus is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of its procurement SaaS platform for global enterprise clients. The role involves solution design, platform configuration, integrations, testing, client enablement, and driving AI-powered procurement transformation and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of procurement SaaS solutions for global clients
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable solution designs
- Configure and customize the platform to align with client-specific procurement processes
- Drive integration with ERP and third-party systems using APIs and middleware
- Manage and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring high-quality deployments
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on procurement transformation and best practices
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs to drive adoption
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with product and data teams to implement AI-powered features such as:
- Intelligent invoice processing and automation
- Predictive spend analytics and insights
- Supplier risk scoring and recommendation engines
- Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML into procurement workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Drive adoption of automation, chatbots, and AI assistants within procurement processes
- Analyze client data to recommend data-driven optimizations and process improvements
- Contribute to defining AI use cases, solution design, and value realization frameworks
- Stay current with advancements in AI, GenAI, and automation within procurement and enterprise SaaS
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Project Management
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution demos and client workshops, where required
Skills
- • 6–10 years of experience in SaaS implementation, preferably in procurement or supply chain solutions
- • Strong expertise in S2P and P2P processes
- • Fluency in Spanish and English is mandatory (both written and verbal)
- • Hands-on experience with platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, Basware, or similar
- • Proven experience in system configuration, customization, and ERP integrations
- • Exposure to APIs, data integration, and cloud technologies
- • Experience working with AI/ML-enabled enterprise applications or automation tools
- • Understanding of data analytics, reporting, and visualization tools
- • Familiarity with Agile/Waterfall project methodologies
- • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment
- • Willingness to work in US time zones
