[Remote] Implementation Conversion Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cognizant is seeking an Implementation Conversion Analyst to support clients through software implementation and conversion projects. The role involves analyzing requirements, documenting workflows, testing customized software, coordinating readiness reviews, training customers, and providing client-facing implementation and post-conversion support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct data analysis and client interviews to assess software utilization requirements
- Create detailed data maps and transaction workflow documents
- Perform testing to ensure customized software meets client-specific needs
- Coordinate and lead readiness reviews throughout the conversion process
- Train customers on new systems and procedures
- Serve as the primary client-facing resource during implementation and post-conversion support
