[Remote] Infrastructure Security Services Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Dice is recruiting for an Infrastructure Security Services Engineer role supporting a global infrastructure security project. The engineer will implement a just-in-time privileged access model using CyberArk, manage infrastructure access, develop automation scripts, follow change processes, and communicate project status and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Work with infrastructure owners (server and database) to understand access needs for operations and other SMEs
- Clean up existing access and reprovision it to "fire call" type accounts managed in CyberArk
- Write PowerShell scripts to support access model implementation
- Ensure the global change process is followed and all necessary ServiceNow tickets are submitted and approved
- Communicate with key stakeholders and report project status and metrics in an understandable format
Skills
- Demonstrate technical skills, with problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Able to work under pressure during a critical incident and provide resolution
- A strong team player
- Minimum 5 years' experience of Active Directory administration and PowerShell scripting
- Experience with CyberArk in vaulting and managing accounts
- Strong communication skills are required in both written and verbal format
- Process automation / orchestration
- Python and/or PowerShell scripting
- Windows Server and Unix/Linux user/access administration
- Database user/access management
- CyberArk vault and user administration
- CISSP
