[Remote] Inside Sales Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. New Western is a real estate company focused on single-family home acquisitions. The Senior Home Buyer Associate expands the company’s pipeline through lead conversion, property acquisition, and management of complex real estate transactions while training and mentoring newly hired Home Buyer Associates. The role also monitors mentee performance, develops acquisition strategies, and supports compliance and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary mentor for new Home Buyer Associates, conduct one-on-one coaching, shadow lead appointments, and oversee field visits
• Track mentee metrics, provide feedback, and implement targeted training interventions to improve closing ratios
• Lead training sessions on advanced negotiation and complex deal structuring; review contracts and valuations submitted by junior associates for accuracy and compliance
• Provide structured feedback when requested, for project owner(s) to successfully document new and existing Document proprietary off-market acquisition strategies and processes for company training project managers
• Other Duties as assigned by Manager

Skills

• Minimum of 3+ years of documented success in real estate acquisition, comprehensive expertise on contract compliance, specifically off-market SFR wholesale transactions
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed aggressive acquisition goals
• Demonstrated expertise handling inherited, probate, or distressed property leads
• Exceptional negotiation skills for face-to-face and phone interactions, including emotionally charged situations
• Proficiency with CRM software, public record databases, and property valuation tools
• Strong knowledge of wholesale contracts, title work, and property valuation methods
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills suitable for coaching and reporting
• Daily travel within local metroplex
• Previous experience in training, coaching, or managing sales professionals
• Self-starter with a “hunter” mentality and results-oriented work ethic
• High ethical standards and commitment to professional integrity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
