[Remote] Interactive Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cella is a consulting, staffing, and managed solutions company serving creative, marketing, digital, and proposal development teams. The Interactive Project Manager will own end-to-end digital campaigns, coordinate cross-functional production leads and technical vendors, and ensure strategic execution, quality control, compliance, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive project schedules and technical scopes of work to drive on-time milestone delivery across complex digital campaigns
- Facilitate high-alignment status reviews and risk-mitigation strategies to maintain transparent cross-functional partner communication
- Direct end-to-end routing, asset management, and MLR/Veeva compliance processes to guarantee accurate, regulated asset deployment
- Orchestrate third-party development vendors and studio resources to streamline deployment lifecycles and maximize operational efficiency
Skills
- Deep expertise with digital routing tools (ProofHQ/Workfront), specialized compliance workflows (Veeva/MLR), and web technologies
- Demonstrated track record of coordinating multi-disciplinary creative and development teams to deliver complex, multi-channel initiatives
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent industry experience) combined with superior problem-solving capabilities in a collaborative ecosystem
- 5+ years of dedicated interactive project management experience, preferably within an agency environment
