[Remote] ISC Operations Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Honeywell Aerospace is an aerospace and defense company focused on aviation technologies and operational excellence. The ISC Operations Manager will oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, production planning, inventory, distribution, and logistics, while driving efficiency, cost reduction, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the endtoend supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Skills
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization
- Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with familiarity in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software
- Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
