[Remote] IT Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vermeer Corporation equips customers with innovative equipment that manages natural resources, connects people, and supports communities. The IT Systems Analyst will support and enhance digital products and enterprise systems by gathering requirements, mapping processes, resolving routine issues, supporting configuration and testing, and maintaining system documentation.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Digital Product teams to capture business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements and user stories
- Assist in mapping business processes and data flows using standard tools; identify basic inefficiencies and propose improvements under guidance
- Investigate and resolve routine system issues; escalate complex problems with detailed documentation to senior team members
- Support system configuration changes and participate in functional testing to ensure solutions meet specifications and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of system configurations and updates in alignment with established security, architecture, and governance guidelines

- • Occasional travel is expected of this position
- • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems or related field with one year of relevant experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education
