[Remote] JDA Administration

Net2Source is seeking an experienced JDA Administrator to support, maintain, and enhance JDA applications and related enterprise systems within the hospitality industry. The role focuses on JDA administration, IBM AS400 support, application troubleshooting, system integration, performance management, and business continuity across inventory, procurement, supply chain, and hospitality operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer, monitor, and support JDA applications and environments
- Manage user access, security roles, system configurations, and application performance
- Perform application upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution with business and technical teams
- Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and system integrations
- Maintain and support IBM AS400 (IBM i) environments
- Monitor system performance, job queues, message queues, and batch processing
- Handle system-level troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Support database management activities related to DB2
Skills
- Experience Level: 12+ Years
- Strong AS400 (IBM i) and RPG programming background
