[Remote] Lead Full Stack Developer – React
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Javelin IT Consulting & Staffing is seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications on Microsoft Azure. The role combines hands-on React/.NET development with technical leadership, solution architecture, cloud-native integration, team mentoring, and client-facing consulting.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development teams through architecture, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Design and develop modern, responsive enterprise applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS
- Build scalable APIs, microservices, and application services using C#, .NET/.NET Core, and REST APIs
- Design cloud-native solutions using Azure App Service, Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Key Vault, Storage, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB
- Lead modernization of legacy applications into modern React and Azure-based architectures
- Design secure integrations between applications, APIs, databases, SaaS platforms, and enterprise systems
- Implement automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
- Apply Azure security and identity practices, including Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, managed identities, OAuth 2.0, and secrets management
- Establish development standards, reusable components, architectural patterns, coding practices, and technical frameworks
- Integrate Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Services into enterprise applications where appropriate
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and promote engineering best practices
- Work directly with client stakeholders to gather requirements, lead technical discussions, conduct design sessions, and present recommended solutions
Skills
- Green Card or US Citizens
- 7+ years of professional software development experience, including experience leading development teams or major technical initiatives
- Advanced hands-on experience with React and TypeScript
- Strong development experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Strong hands-on experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Azure services such as App Service, Functions, API Management, Service Bus, Key Vault, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Storage
- Strong knowledge of modern application architecture, including microservices, event-driven architectures, API-first development, and cloud-native design
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, RBAC, and application security
- Experience with automated testing, unit testing, integration testing, and modern software-development practices
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Demonstrated experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or AI-enabled application development
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, or Power BI integrations
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/AKS
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Bicep
- Experience modernizing legacy .NET, JavaScript, SharePoint, or other enterprise applications
- Experience with distributed systems, messaging, caching, and high-volume enterprise applications
- Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
