[Remote] Lead Full Stack Web Developer (React.js + Node.js)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. American Unit, Inc is seeking a Lead Full Stack Web Developer to architect, design, and deliver modern enterprise web applications for a restaurant technology organization. The role involves hands-on coding and technical leadership across React and Node.js development, backend API design, team mentoring, cross-functional collaboration, and end-to-end software delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale web applications using React, Node.js, and Express.js
- Define frontend architecture and establish React best practices for scalability, accessibility, and performance
- Build responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, Hooks, and component-driven architecture
- Design and develop backend APIs for online ordering, loyalty, POS, menu management, customer accounts, and payment integrations
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Perform hands-on coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and production support
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices
- Support the complete SDLC, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and production support
- Partner with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, Azure deployments, and release management
- Identify technical risks, manage technical debt, and provide stakeholder updates
