[Remote] Learning & Development Consultant – Remote

The Learning & Development Consultant will use established systems, digital education resources, and structured processes to connect with individuals exploring professional and leadership development while managing an independent, remote, performance-based opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional experience in learning & development, training, HR, leadership, consulting or a related field
• Comfortable speaking with and engaging people from a variety of professional backgrounds
• Self-directed and able to manage your own schedule and priorities
• Willing to learn and work within established systems and processes
• Comfortable with an independent, performance-based structure
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week available
• Based in the United States
• Work remotely with flexibility around when and where you work
• Established systems, resources and ongoing training provided
• Connect with a global leadership education organisation
• Build on your existing communication and people-development experience
• Start alongside existing commitments and grow progressively
• Income based on individual results and performance rather than hours worked
