[Remote] Learning & Development Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. APR Consulting is recruiting for an electric utility client seeking a Learning & Development Project Manager. The role manages project execution for enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency initiatives, coordinating workstreams, tracking progress, and supporting successful program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Manage day-to-day project execution, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency initiatives
- Track project progress, prepare status updates, and escalate issues to ensure work remains on schedule and aligned with business priorities
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Apply structured project management practices to support implementation planning, resource coordination, and successful program delivery
