- Drive full utilization of the customer’s Client enablement investments
- Orchestrate the Client Enablement Team to deliver best-in-class customer enablement experience across every modality the customer has entitlements to
- Run the customer-facing operating cadence — kickoffs, enrollment drives, progress check-ins, and Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer’s learning and enablement leaders
- Partner closely with the Customer Enablement Architect and Account Team to continuously refresh the learning plan as the customer’s line-of-business priorities evolve and as new Client product and enablement offerings come to market
- Surface additional enablement needs back to the Client account team for commercial follow-up
- Serve as the Client enablement advisor and help the customer capitalize on the latest enablement offerings - free, invested and paid
- Serve as the voice of your customers across Client Curriculum, Product, Training Delivery, and Operations to improve the enablement experience
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in the field of Big Data, AI, or Data Science
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Program Management, Customer Success, or Training, with a track record of deep, high-touch engagements with enterprise accounts
- Proven ability to build enterprise-wide learning plans across personas and levels, sequenced to business outcomes
- Strong cross-functional orchestration skills, working across a customer's lines of business and across the Client Enablement Team
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence with customer learning and enablement leaders and line-of-business contacts
- Comfortable running program kickoffs and Quarterly Business Reviews directly; senior executive engagement is supported by Client leadership
- Tech bar: Technical enough to understand the Client platform, Academy Pro curriculum, and certification pathways to make credible recommendations. Not expected to deliver hands-on training
- Comfort managing ambiguity in an evolving, fast-paced environment, including building the Talent Transformation motion from the ground up
