The role focuses on supporting technical, application, data, and platform work; analyzing requirements and system behavior; building and troubleshooting technical solutions; maintaining documentation; and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support technical, application, data, or platform work relevant to the Machine Learning Engineer role within technical support, customer service, project coordination, data, systems, documentation, and digital operations at Smartly Technologies
- Analyze requirements, incidents, system behavior, data flows, or integration needs and document findings for the Machine Learning Engineer workflow at Smartly Technologies
- Build, configure, test, troubleshoot, or improve role-appropriate technical solutions using controlled change practices for Machine Learning Engineer work at Smartly Technologies
- Maintain technical documentation, issue records, test evidence, and handoff notes so the Machine Learning Engineer function at Smartly Technologies can be reviewed and supported reliably
