The role involves analyzing requirements and system behavior, building and improving technical solutions, maintaining documentation, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support technical, application, data, or platform work relevant to the Machine Learning Engineer role within travel, booking, customer-support, software, data, and digital operations workflows at Viyahe
- Analyze requirements, system behavior, incidents, data flows, or integration needs and document findings clearly. This supports the Machine Learning Engineer role. The work is completed for Viyahe
- Build, configure, test, troubleshoot, or improve technical solutions using appropriate tools and controlled change practices. This supports the Machine Learning Engineer role. The work is completed for Viyahe
- Maintain technical documentation, issue records, test evidence, and handoff notes so work can be reviewed and supported reliably. This supports the Machine Learning Engineer role. The work is completed for Viyahe
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to resolve issues, improve reliability, and deliver changes without losing traceability. This supports the Machine Learning Engineer role. The work is completed for Viyahe
Skills
- Demonstrated ability to perform Machine Learning Engineer work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through
- Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software for Viyahe
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in the Machine Learning Engineer workflow
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality
- Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote Machine Learning Engineer position
