[Remote] Machine Learning Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BrothersTech is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer Intern to join its technology team. The role provides hands-on experience in machine learning, data processing, model development, and AI applications, including developing and evaluating models, analyzing datasets, integrating models into applications, and collaborating with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing machine learning models
• Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze datasets
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering
• Train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models
• Assist with supervised and unsupervised learning projects
• Develop Python scripts for data processing and model development
• Work with APIs and integrate ML models into applications
• Perform model testing and troubleshoot performance issues
• Document experiments, models, results, and development processes
• Use Git/GitHub for version control
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and other team members

Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python
• Understanding of Machine Learning fundamentals
• Knowledge of algorithms such as regression, classification, clustering, and decision trees
• Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering
• Familiarity with NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
• Basic understanding of statistics and probability
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new AI/ML technologies
• Knowledge of SQL and databases is preferred
