[Remote] Machine Learning Engineer

Talent is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare technology organization looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join its growing team. This role will focus on building and scaling production ML and AI solutions across the full model lifecycle while collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities
- Building and scaling production ML and AI solutions across the full model lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and clinical teams
- Help shape the organization’s ML infrastructure and MLOps practices
Skills
- 3+ years of end-to-end production ML experience
- 3+ years of MLOps experience, including CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection & retraining
- Strong Python + SQL skills
- Experience with Spark/Databricks and Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong ML system design and architecture experience
- Experience building scalable ML services and production pipelines
- LLM/Generative AI experience is a strong plus
- Healthcare, HIPAA/SOC 2, or other regulated-environment experience is a plus
