Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective clients and identify sales opportunities. Present insurance products clearly and guide customers through coverage options. Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process. Work closely with mentors and leadership to improve sales performance. Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications Experience interacting with prospective clients, policyholders, or warm leads over phone, email, or Zoom. Fluent in English. Must reside in the United States. Availability to work evenings. A quiet home workspace with reliable internet and a laptop.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in customer service, sales, communications, or business roles. High school diploma. Education beyond high school. Fluency in Spanish. Availability to work weekends.
