[Remote] Manager-Program/Contract 2
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trident Consulting is seeking a Program Manager to support a direct client’s leadership development and learning initiatives. The role manages project execution, coordinates cross-functional workstreams, tracks progress and risks, facilitates meetings, and supports successful enterprise-wide program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project execution, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency initiatives
- Track project progress, prepare status updates, and escalate issues to ensure work remains on schedule and aligned with business priorities
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Apply structured project management practices to support implementation planning, resource coordination, and successful program delivery
