[Remote] Manager, Project Management

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CVS Health, through Signify Health, is seeking a project management professional to support its operations strategy team and help deliver enterprise initiatives. The Manager will lead project planning and execution, integrate AI capabilities, manage stakeholders and risks, oversee change management and quality control, and ensure timely delivery of data-driven outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assesses hiring guidance, optimizes artificial intelligence (AI) & technology utilization, and manages budgets to support operational goals
• Support the integration of AI capabilities across clinical and operational functions
• Develops and implements project plans, defines key deliverables and deadlines, and establishes iterative project milestones for the organization
• Ensures quality and consistency by monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks, and adjusting project plans as necessary
• Engages with project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and clients, to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
• Develops change management plans and strategies to minimize resistance, mitigate friction, and ensure successful adoption
• Prepares and delivers project progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Ensures project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements by implementing quality control processes to identify and resolve any deviations or deficiencies
• Coordinates with internal and external business partners to provide leadership, functional advice, and training to staff as needed
• Oversees ongoing AI training to ensure all team members are fully versed and compliant within their respective roles
• Up to 20% travel to Dallas HQ may be required - usually bi-monthly meetings

Skills

• Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of training and experience
• 5-7 years of relevant professional work experience
• Proven proficiency with AI integration and system fluency, using platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc. with an emphasis on adaptability to new systems
• Demonstrated execution and delivery of data driven deliverables to executive stakeholders
• Ability to seamlessly navigate and utilize Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
• 2 or more years of experience using analytical reporting tools in a fast paced environment
• Ability to travel up to 20% to Dallas HQ
• A project management certification preferred but not necessary
• Healthcare services / delivery knowledge and experience is helpful but not required
• Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• You have a sense of urgency and you take the initiative in your PM work
