[Remote] Mechanical Engineer

The company is seeking a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate to contribute to mechanical design, product development, testing, and manufacturing projects while developing practical engineering skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical components and systems
- Create 3D models, technical drawings, and specifications using CAD tools
- Perform basic engineering calculations and support machine design activities
- Assist with prototyping, testing, and design validation
- Participate in research and development projects
- Troubleshoot mechanical and design-related issues
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
- Support project planning, execution, and documentation
- Help ensure designs meet safety, quality, and applicable industry standards
- Prepare technical reports, drawings, and engineering documentation
Skills
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
- Familiarity with CAD software and mechanical design principles
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and material selection
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, hands-on environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
- Willingness to work full-time and on-site in the United States
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Exposure to FEA, tolerance analysis, prototyping, or mechanical testing is a plus
- Internship, academic project, laboratory, or capstone experience in mechanical design or product development is highly valued
