[Remote] Mid-Level Program Analyst (Aviation)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Culmen International is hiring a Mid-Level Program Analyst to support complex acquisition and financial assistance initiatives. The role focuses on planning, assessment, program improvement, performance monitoring, policy implementation, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and implementation strategies
- Analyze operational and compliance issues
- Develop recommendations for organizational improvements
- Monitor program performance and outcomes
- Support policy development and implementation
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and reporting
Skills
- * Six (6) years of relevant experience
- * Experience with federal government
- * Strong Excel skills
- * Bachelor's degree preferred
