[Remote] Mobile IT Technical Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. PayCruit is seeking a Mobile IT Technical Analyst to implement and maintain standards for point-of-sale and consumer-facing commerce technologies. The role focuses on configuring and optimizing POS solutions, coordinating implementation activities, supporting client training, and collaborating with onsite client teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a comprehensive understanding of Aramark’s business strategies, customer objectives, and the applications that support them
• Develops a strong foundational knowledge of the industry, as well as Aramark’s products and services, with a clear understanding of how technology solutions impact and benefit clients
• Ensure POS hardware and menu configurations are completed accurately, delivered on schedule, and aligned with client requirements to support a seamless opening with minimal issues or downtime
• Participates in project team assembly and coordinates the activities of cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of all implementation activities
• Participate in technical and functional training sessions for clients as needed or required
• Performs additional duties as assigned that fall reasonably within the scope of the role
