[Remote] NASA SEWP Program Manager

The company is seeking an experienced NASA SEWP Program Manager to oversee contract execution and administration, ensure compliance, manage deliverables and task orders, monitor performance, and maintain relationships with government customers and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall execution and administration of NASA SEWP contracts
• Serve as the primary point of contact for NASA SEWP Program Office, customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with NASA SEWP contract requirements, federal acquisition regulations (FAR), and company policies
• Coordinate contract deliverables, reporting, modifications, and task order management
• Monitor contract performance, schedules, risks, and budgets to ensure successful execution
• Support proposal development, contract transitions, and business development efforts related to NASA SEWP opportunities
• Collaborate with technical, finance, contracts, and operations teams to ensure timely project delivery
• Track contract metrics and prepare status reports for leadership and customers
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance contract performance
• Maintain strong relationships with government customers and industry partners

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager managing Federal Government contracts
• Minimum 1 year of direct experience managing NASA SEWP contracts
• Strong understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government contracting processes
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required
• Program management degree
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities
• 2+ years of hands-on NASA SEWP contract management experience
• Knowledge of NASA procurement policies and contract administration
• Experience working with government customers, subcontractors, and prime contractors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Prior exp as NASA SEWP PM or Deputy PM
