[Remote] NetSuite-SuiteScript Software Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avive Solutions Inc. is a mission-driven company developing connected AED technology and software to improve cardiac arrest response. The Integrations Developer will build and maintain integrations across business systems, ensure data integrity, troubleshoot issues, and support operational excellence in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain integrations between key business systems, including NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and other platforms
- Leverage tools like Celigo to create data flows and streamline cross-system processes to reduce manual intervention and enhance process efficiency
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal disruption
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and document business requirements
- Ensure data integrity and synchronization across all connected business systems
- Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track integration health and operational performance
- Assist in the creation and execution of data migration strategies for new system implementations
- Act as the first point of contact for issues related to system integrations
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, working with internal teams and vendors as needed
- Document system changes, update technical documentation, and support end-user training
Skills
- - 3-7 years of experience in software development with strong experience in integration of systems using SuiteScript
- - Hands-on experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, Stripe, Shopify, and Celigo (or similar iPaaS tools)
- - Strong understanding of APIs, REST, and data integration best practices
- - Experience with scripting languages (Python) and SQL for data manipulation
- - Ability to identify root causes and recommend data-driven solutions
- - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
