[Remote] Network Operations Engineer

Franklin Fitch is seeking an experienced Network & Security Operations professional who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and working across enterprise environments. This role bridges the gap between Tier II and Tier III support and plays a key part in protecting and optimizing client networks.

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in networking and network security
- Strong troubleshooting across routers, switches, wireless, and firewalls
- Experience with Cisco, Check Point, and Palo Alto NGFW
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS)
- Experience troubleshooting AWS and Azure networking
- Linux command line and scripting proficiency
- Packet analysis and network monitoring tools experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
