[Remote] Online Instructor
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Codistry delivers practical, outcome-focused training for AI-driven software development and building. The Online Instructor will deliver online programs, mentor learners in modern AI-driven workflows, facilitate hands-on coding exercises, and contribute feedback and improvements to the curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Codistry online training programs
- Help AI Builders adopt modern tools, workflows, and AI-Building practices
- Facilitate hands-on exercises and guide participants through real coding scenarios
- Represent Codistry professionally when delivering sessions
- Provide feedback to Codistry on training materials and developer needs
- Contribute insights or improvements to training curriculum
Skills
- Must have at least 3+ years of full-stack software development experience
- Excellent and engaging communicator
- Excellent communication in English (other languages would be considered an asset)
- Strong understanding of modern AI-first development workflows and software architecture
- Comfortable presenting and leading sessions online
- Self-directed, reliable, and professional when representing Codistry
- Experience with training, education or technical workshops is a strong plus
