[Remote] Operations Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Stanley Black & Decker is a global tools, outdoor power equipment, and industrial company. The Operations Analyst will support the Product Service Division by improving operating procedures and workflows, supporting projects and training, conducting financial analysis, and optimizing order processing and fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve productivity across the division
- Supporting the planning and execution of projects and strategic initiatives
- Delivering training and guidance to team members on operational processes and best practices
- Developing and maintaining efficient workflows to support operational outcomes and informed decision-making
- Enhancing internal and partner training programs by refining procedures, tools, and best practices
- Conducting financial analysis and preparing regular reports
- Managing and optimizing order processing and fulfillment
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service or operations roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and deliver presentations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI
- Experience with SAP/TCIC systems
- Strong analytical skills to identify process gaps and drive improvements
- Willingness to travel up to 20% as required
