[Remote] Operations Analyst

The role focuses on validating data, identifying process improvements, preparing reports and dashboards, and ensuring analytical work is accurate, traceable, and useful for decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Validate operational data and investigate discrepancies before results are distributed
- Support improvement initiatives with analysis, documentation, and follow-up tracking
- Communicate operational findings clearly and work with stakeholders on next steps
- Analyze operational data, workflows, service measures, and recurring performance indicators
- Prepare reports and dashboards that highlight trends, exceptions, and areas requiring attention
- Map current processes and identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency or consistency
Skills
- Attention to detail and consistency when handling recurring reporting
- Ability to prioritize work and collaborate effectively in a remote setting
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort working with operational datasets and kpis
- Strong analytical and process-oriented problem-solving skills
- Ability to document workflows, findings, and recommendations clearly
