[Remote] Operations Assistant

The role coordinates workflows, schedules, records, team handoffs, reporting, documentation, and process improvements across social media, content, paid media, SEO, client service, and campaign reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day tasks, schedules, handoffs, records, and status updates supporting digital marketing for jewelry retailers, including social media, content, paid media, SEO, client service, and campaign reporting in the Operations Assistant role at Jewelry Store Marketers
- Coordinate routine handoffs between teams and follow up on missing information, overdue tasks, or unresolved requests as part of the Operations Assistant role at Jewelry Store Marketers
- Review workflow data for obvious exceptions, delays, or incomplete records and route issues to the appropriate owner across jewelry-retail marketing campaigns in this Operations Assistant position
- Prepare recurring operational summaries, task reports, and status updates for managers for the Jewelry Store Marketers team as part of Operations Assistant work
- Document procedures, process changes, handoff requirements, and recurring operational issues while supporting jewelry-retail marketing campaigns in the Operations Assistant role at Jewelry Store Marketers
- Support process improvements that make routine work more accurate, timely, and consistent as part of day-to-day Operations Assistant responsibilities at Jewelry Store Marketers
Skills
