[Remote] Operations Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pocket FM is seeking an Operations Associate to help build and run systems supporting the expansion of PocketFM into 10 new international geographies. The role focuses on coordinating daily operations, tracking metrics, improving processes, implementing scalable workflows, and owning projects from definition through execution.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across content, creators, tech and platform workflows
• Track performance and operational metrics using Google Sheets and dashboards
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and bottlenecks in processes
• Work with AI tools (GPT, Claude, etc.) to improve speed and efficiency
• Help design and implement scalable workflows and SOPs
• Take ownership of projects from problem definition to execution

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience in operations, consulting, business roles, or similar (internships/projects count)
• Interested in how systems work and how they scale
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and figuring things out as you go
• Strong with Google Sheets (formulas, pivots, data tracking)
• Already using AI tools in your workflow
• High level of attention to detail
• Exceptional communicator who can coordinate across teams
• High ownership mindset—you don't wait for instructions
