[Remote] Operations Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fey Elektronik GmbH is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support recurring operational workflows. The role maintains trackers and documentation, coordinates process handoffs, monitors deadlines, prepares summaries, checks records, and documents process changes and recurring issues.
Responsibilities
- Maintain workflow trackers, status records, and supporting documentation for assigned operational activities
- Monitor routine deadlines and follow up on missing information or incomplete handoffs
- Coordinate updates between people responsible for different steps of a process
- Prepare concise operational summaries and highlight exceptions that require attention
- Check records for consistency before work moves to the next stage
- Document process changes and recurring issues so future work can be handled consistently
Skills
- Working knowledge of Operations, Coordination, and Scheduling
- Ability to apply Documentation and Reporting accurately in assigned work
- Strong written communication, documentation, and attention to detail
- Ability to organize priorities, follow defined procedures, and raise questions when source information is unclear
- Comfort working independently and collaborating through shared digital tools in a remote environment
