Responsibilities
- Track active work through established operational steps and keep status information current
- Gather required inputs, identify missing items, and route questions to the appropriate owner
- Support smooth handoffs by documenting what is complete, what remains open, and who owns the next action
- Compile routine performance or workload information for review
- Identify repeated delays, data issues, or process gaps and record them clearly for follow-up
- Maintain organized process documentation and reference materials
Skills
- Practical familiarity with Operations, Coordination, and Scheduling
- Consistent accuracy when working with Documentation and Reporting
- Clear written communication and disciplined documentation habits
