[Remote] Operations Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Polaris Brand Promotions is a nationwide promotional staffing agency that creates brand experiences for consumers. The Operations Coordinator will assist the Operations team with daily duties, coordinate staffing and client activities, maintain scheduling systems, and support ad-hoc projects across marketing, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and interview brand ambassador talent
• Participate in onboarding calls with new and existing clients
• Maintain staffing portal and related scheduling files
• Confirm weekly shift details with accounts and venues
• Distribute shift details to brand ambassadors
• Coordinate brand ambassador training sessions
• Compile recap reports, ensuring completion and accuracy
• Assist with additional projects as needed

Skills

• Industry experience required
• Must be detail oriented
• Computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred

Benefits

• $3,500 bonus if contractor remains on project (does not resign and is not terminated for cause) until at least December 31, 2026
