[Remote] Operations Queue Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Real Radiology, LLC is a physician-owned teleradiology company focused on improving patient outcomes through seamless operations, innovative technology, and exceptional services. The Operations Queue Analyst manages the flow of radiology studies through the PACS system, coordinates assignments to radiologists, monitors turnaround times, and facilitates communication among radiologists, operations staff, and sites.
Responsibilities
- Monitor all incoming volume and radiologist schedules to efficiently manage all radiology studies
- Ensures turnaround times are met according to the client’s contractual times
- Document all communication and action taken on individual studies
- Manage Level One auto-assignment settings
- Provide ongoing, timely communication between Radiologists, operations, and all sites to ensure study completeness
- Maintain open communication with the Radiologists, Operations staff, and management
- Additional project-based responsibilities
Skills

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Adaptability, flexibility, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Possess an in-depth understanding of radiology medical terms, concepts, procedures, and study modalities
- Experience monitoring and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate from an ARRT accredited School of Radiologic Technology
- Registered Radiology Technologist. (R(RT))
- 2+ years of Customer Support
- 2+ years of telephone-based customer support
